Here Is Our Promise:
Platte Valley Bank guarantees your satisfaction with the service on your personal checking, savings, money market accounts, certificates of deposit and personal loans. We promise that your service will be accurate and timely.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, or in the event of an error, just contact us. We will refund your basic monthly service charge, if any, and pay you $10 for any inconvenience.
*This guarantee is void if Platte Valley Bank closes your account. We reserve the right to modify or suspend this program at any time without advance notice. Errors or delays in service caused by acts of God, disasters or catastrophic events are not covered by this guarantee.
