
Community Rooms
Platte Valley Bank in Torrington and Wheatland have community meeting rooms available for public use. We are pleased to provide our community rooms for public use.
Community Room Usage Policy
- Can schedule only two months ahead of time.
- Limit two (2) days combined per month.
- Food can be brought in, but no cooking.
- Deposit fee of fifty dollars ($50) required, if food is served. Returned if cleaning not needed.
- No alcohol.
- Card parties for Ambassador Club groups if Ambassador Club Room is too small. Ambassador Club member should make arrangements with Club Director and be in attendance. (Subject to change if needed.)
- No religious services.
- No direct sales or solicitation meetings.

Torrington Community Room
- Seats 80 people.
- Supplies include: overhead projector, presentation screen, tables and chairs.
- Parking is available in the city parking lot directly to the east of the bank.
- Community Room users may enter and exit through the east entrance double doors during and after business hours.

Wheatland Community Room
- Seats 40-60 people.
- Supplies include: overhead projector, dry-erase markers, presentation screen, 19" portable TV/VCR with cart, tables and chairs, and extension cords.
- There is also a sink, refrigerator, 60-cup coffee urn, coffee carafes, and water pitchers for your use.
- Community room users can easily access the room from the northwest entrance of the building.
