eStatement Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are eStatements?
When you sign up your account eStatements will be available on Netteller Online NetBANKING instead of in the mail.
2. Will I continue to receive my printed statement in the mail if I sign up for eStatements?
No, when you sign up for eStatements you will not receive a paper statement in the mail. If you would like to obtain a paper copy of the eStatement, you must make a specific request to any Personal Banker at your Bank location. In some cases, research fees specified in the Bank's Schedule of Fees and Charges may apply to your request.
3. Are eStatements available on all Platte Valley Bank Wyoming accounts?
eStatements are currently available for all types of checking, savings and money market accounts.
4. Is there a cost associated with receiving eStatements?
No, eStatements are FREE to Platte Valley Bank Wyoming online NetBANKING customers.
5. Will my eStatement look the same as my printed statement?
Your eStatement will be in a PDF, Text or HTML format of your actual printed statement. When you Login to eStatements, enter your NetBANKING ID and PASSWORD. You can then click on a particular account name and the "current" montly eStatement is shown.   All transactions and *imaged checks are shown for the current monthly cycle. At the end of the monthly cycle, this eStatement can be viewed in "OPTIONS/Statement" on the right hand column, which always shows the previous 3 monthly eStatement cycles. A new "current" eStatement then begins. *Imaged checks will not initially be available electronically on the previous 3 monthly eStatement cycles. Paper copies of older eStatements are available upon request.

In the Fall of 2009 Platte Valley Bank will upgrade its NetBANKING system and * "imaged checks" will then be available with the 3 previous monthly eStatements under "Select Options / Statements".
6. Is special software required to view my eStatement online?
Yes, your eStatement will be in a PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. You can download the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
7. Who do I call if I have questions about my eStatement?

Getting Started
8. How do I sign up for eStatements?
To sign up for eStatements, click here. Once you accept the terms of the eStatement Agreement, you will specify on the eStatement Application some identification information, whether for Consumer or Business, and for what accounts you would like eStatements. eStatement will be available online on your next statement cycle.
9. What if I sign up for eStatements and then decide I would like to receive paper statements again?
In order to withdraw consent and terminate this agreement, you may provide written notification to Platte Valley Bank Wyoming , 30 days in advance, at the following address:

PO Box 1057, Torrington, WY 82240-1057 or P.O. Box 337, Wheatland, WY 82201-0337.
You may also withdraw consent and terminate this agreement by calling 1-307-532-2111 or Toll Free 1-800-777-8999 Torrington or 1-307-532-9215 or Toll Free 1-866-322-9215 Wheatland, or stop by any Bank location. There are no fees associated with rescinding this agreement.
10. How do I change the email address to which my eStatement notifications are sent?
At any time you can change your email address by filling out the, change of email address form on this site.

Viewing, Printing and Saving Your eStatements
11. After I sign up, when can I expect to access my first eStatement?
You will begin to access eStatements and stop receiving paper statements with your next statement cycle.
12. How do I view my eStatement?
You may access your eStatements by clicking on the 'Login - eStatements'. You will then enter your NetBANKING ID and PASSWORD on the 'Welcome" web site page, which accesses you to "current" monthly statements. You can also click on "Select Options / Statements" for the previous 3 monthly eStatement cycles.
13. If I don't know the date my statements cycle, how can I find this information out?
When you login to eStatements / NetBANKING, click on the checking account you desire. Then, click on "Select Options / Statements". This screen will have three months of cycled statements. The date beside your 3 months eStatement cycles is the date your statements cycle. There may be a variation of one cycle because of a weekend or holiday.
14. How do I save my eStatement?
To save your eStatement, click on the "View Your Statements" link, which takes you to the Welcome Page. Go to "Select Options / Statements", then select the estatement you wish to save and choose the Save button in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
15. How do I print my eStatement?
To print your eStatement, click on the "View Your Statements" link, which takes you to the Welcome Page. Go to "Select Options / Statements", then select the estatement you wish to save and choose the Print button in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
16. How long will my eStatement be available to view online?
Checking, savings and money market "current" monthly eStatements are available to view online (until they cycle), in addition to 3 months previous monthly eStatement cycles. You can request paper copies of older statements by contacting a Personal Banker at your banking location. Remember that CDs are available at yearend with 12 months worth of transactions and imaged checks.  Read below.
17. Is it possible to get a full years eStatements for tax purposes?
Yes. CD's are available for Consumers and Businesses FREE for the first year (January through December 2009). Thereafter, CDs are available annually at a cost of $10.00 for Consumers and $25.00 for Businesses. To order a CD call a Personal Banker at your Bank location. The CD will be available in approximately 3 days. For security and privacy of your information you will need to pick up your CD at the Bank location of your choice.

Platte Valley Bank Wyoming will start offering eStatements. This service will be a great convenience for you, our customers, and saves trees too! When you sign up for eStatements, starting February 16, 2009, this service provides you with your monthly bank statements and check images via online; you will also receive a "FREE CD" the first year at yearend 2009 with all 12 statements and check images. Perfect for tax filing and your accountant.
